"The stuff is rude and has a big disorganization with the appointments. They said you have a telephone appointment and then call you asking why you are not in the office. Then give you an office appointment and when I'm there they said, your appt is by telephone go back home and wait for your call. Now my baby needs to change the formula, and they said you need to wait for your next appointment in 2 months ( my baby need the formula now not in 2 months ) and do not want to helps peoples."

"Scheduling is so bad there are never any appointments usually months out. The staff is nice when you get there and the help is amazing but the scheduling is horrible then when the do phone appointments they never call on time or they never even call at all I think every single phone appointment I had they did not call I had to call them then they would have someone call me back whenever they felt they need to do something about the scheduling seriously it’s so much stress on pregnant women or new moms to be dealing with that"

"Stupid staff, after waiting 1h and 38 mn on the line, someone answered and said I don't understand what you saying and hang up. They don't have any professionalism, the whole staff needs to get fired."

"0 information of your appointments and when you do have an appointment no one calls you and you have to wait for more availability due to their mistakes. Also they hate their jobs and most of the time I can't understand them"
