"If I could give them a zero I would The Doctor just needs to keep playing his tennid relax and retire staff very unprofessonal ,also I ordered a MRI took them weeks to even make a order to send it in then they told me to call and get your own PA go to my MRI Appt that i been waiting for almost two weeks and the said it not aproved when i called the isurance myself said you been good to go....I can write for days I just gave up."

"I just wanted to warn any future patients possibly seeking medications/prescriptions that require prior authorization not waste their time here. I took a total of four hours off from work and invested in two appointments/co-pays only to be sent looking for another doctor. Everyone was very nice and attentive. However, communication was misleading. From the moment I scheduled this appointment, I explained I was seeking a prescription that my insurance company stated requires a prior auth. They waited until after I had bloodwork done to explain that they don't handle any prior authorization. Seems like a bait and switch and dishonest practice to me. Why they let me waste their time and mine is beyond me."

"So many great things to say about this practice and so few words to do it. From the front desk personnel, various other support staff, and finally to Dr. Kenneth Neifeld, this is a medical practice that I actually look forward to visiting for my appointments. I have rotated through a few doctors at All Care (my fault, not theirs!), and even started out at their Clearwater office, then, due to moving to St. Pete, now go to the Seminole location. Both locations and staff provided the utmost care and concern for my health. (I am also one who will generally pick a doctor and / or office based on how close they are located to me, but because of the high level of care, concern and competency of Dr. Neifeld and staff, gladly make the trip from St. Pete to Seminole for appointments!) But, back to the lovely Dr. Niefeld. I have never had a primary care doctor that I felt more comfortable with, who I felt was genuinely concerned about my health, and would continue to patiently listen to my concerns and questions no matter how much of my rambling on would take place. I felt that he was always up to date on myself and my issues, and would never fail to answer all of my questions fully, and until I completely understood. An absolutely top-notch professional and human being, but with a "bedside manner" that never fails to put me at ease. I just cannot say enough good things about All Care Medical Consultants and the wonderful Dr. Kenneth Neifeld. I have, and will continue to highly recommend this practice and Dr. Neifeld to friends, family, and even complete strangers! (As a bonus, and because we are both musicians, Dr. Neifeld and I try to fit in a minute or two of music-talk when wrapping up our visits.)
