"This is the first doctor's office I've been to since moving to Florida, where they actually care! Not sure how I got so lucky to have found this place. Nurse Jackie, is like the most caring and very disarming person I know. I was able to talk to her about a very sensitive subject with ease. For me, that's priceless, bc I usually stay tight lipped about anything uncomfortable. Shengoes way over what her job calls for. I appreciate the fact that their is no doubt she will do what she. Says* if this review is weirdly written, its bc I'm 41 in the end stages of cateracts. So I can't see what I'm writing. I just really am so impressed with the place, I had to say thank you. Doctors scare me, and I just feel totally relaxed going there. Jackie is the linchpin there.. Thank you for caring!"

"Had an excellent experience. Dr. Shastri took his time going over ll issues, medications and a treatment plan. Didn't wait more than 20 in to see him. He is very upfront and to the point. I found that to be a good quality, as most doctor's tend to be condescending."

"Milind Shastri is absolutely condescending and flat out rude. I got the feeling that he does not value other people's time and he could definitely use a course in professionalism. My appointment was at 230 and he saw me at 302. When he walked in the room I was waiting in we greeted and I asked him about the wait. He asked me have I ever been to Disney World or Universal Studios. Then he told me that he isn't a concierge doctor. He then asked where I had been seen before even in which I replied the VA. He said well this isn't the VA and I if I don't like long waits I can find another doctor. So I am doing just that. I can honestly say that I have never walked out of a doctors office so offended. Needless to say I will NOT be back."
