"Very disrespectful, lack of professionalism, does not communicate with her clients and is not punctual. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and she took the previous client that arrived an hour late during the time of my appointment without asking for permission neither offer an apology for having to take that client during my scheduled time. When I asked to explain the situation she just told me that I have to wait like if I was at the doctor office until she is available to take care of me and close the door on my face. The only reason I’m writing this review is to help others not go through this hassle and being disrespected. Also the owner blocked me from Instagram, Facebook and google so I can’t write a review immediately after I left."
