"I came for first time ever. The one representative at the desk at evera health is veryyy Rude. She spoke English & Spanish. She was very Un-welcoming, Then she proceeded with much attitude for no reason after I asked a simple question, she didn’t give me any instructions after she was done using her computer so as I stood there humbled & watched her eat a cookie in front of me for minutes before thoughts do I really have to asked her if it was all set & I can take a seat…. Or Just go sit.. The man after me dealt with same energy. My public advice for management is have some type of pep talks for THEIR hired employees about how to try to use the best of their potential to professionally succeed at their job!! Nobody wants to return to or give money to an unprofessional establishment. I know I put on a fake smile at work bc that’s part of my job. Not to mention waiting lengthy times associated from poor miscommunication to patients/clients… We can do better health care Florida."

"I went in for an appt and was not greeted by any staff just barked at and told have a seat. Then Sarah Powers walks in sarcastic and sad. I immediately ask for another professional in which ahe responds with great sass that she is the only one and I can reschedule. I asked does that make sense? She began to ask me questions and just as sudden says she can't do this and walks out. REALLY? IS this how professionals act or entitled, privileged children who are throwing tantrums. I thought compassion was part of the mission. I will never go to that location ever again. I will not be subjected to subtle racism, or absurd entitlement or privilege in my community by anyone. Go to that location if you want to be treated less than a dog, where the staff knows what's going on but lay a blind eye and deaf ear.Get rid of Sarah, Powers she is the problem."

"Had a new patient appt with Sarah Powers. She was knowledgeable, kind and interested in what I had to say. She did not rush the appt even though they were running a little behind. They have an affordable sliding scale that includes a few labs as well. It was clean. Staff was nice as well."

"This is the worst place ever. I had an appointment today , I walked in 15 mn before my app . I waited in the lobby after I checked in and the medical assistant I do not know her name but she is Hispanic bluish green hair was terrible . She said they can’t see me because I was with my 12 years old and he can’t be there with me. I explained to her and the doctor I took half of they off from work , my son did not have school so I nobody to leave him with , I need to drive 1hr to get there and all that to not been seen. She was not professional and talking with an attitude . I never experienced such a bad service in my life . In my previous app the same dental assistant was always in a rush , using all the tool in a rough way and when need to schedule an appointment she was we can only do one at app at the time ."

"Facility is clean. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Saw Alyssa Benson, she was quite friendly and caring made she listened well which is very important to me when I’m going to get medical care. Knocking off a star due to delays, and the MAs could have been a bit more friendly. Overall a great place if you need medical."
