"I had made an appointment as a new patient. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I then waited a full 60 minutes after my appointment time before finally leaving. About 30 minutes after my appt time I was told they would be with me soon. They seemed shocked when I said I could no longer wait as it had been an hour already. I watched probably 8 other patients come and go while I waited. I understand offices run behind, but there was no communication. Also seems like they may only be interested in the patients who are involved in a lawsuit seeking treatment."
