"Worse place ever . Avoid coming to see DR Tamara. She’s no help and she doesn’t listen to the patients health concerns. She makes no effort in helping patients. She’s absolutely the worst DR my wife has experienced . Would be changing her asap."

"If you have any other option for healthcare, avoid this place. They seem to have their hands too full to handle any other patients. Providers ask you to come back for a follow up in 3 weeks but are booked out more than a month and a half. Prescriptions are sent incorrectly or not at all. Getting any type of resolution for that is a joke."

"My experience with this healthcare practice hasn't been great. I want to start by saying that the staff has been amazing so far. However, Dr. Rodriguez hasn't been very nice during both of my visits. During my first visit, I shared that I've been struggling with severe anxiety and significant weight loss. Instead of being understanding, she made me feel like I was just seeking drugs and referred me to Behavioral Medicine. While I understand that some doctors don't prescribe certain medications, it was the way she treated me that bothered me. She did order lab tests, and the results showed abnormal thyroid activity, which could explain my symptoms, and I had yet heard anything from her regarding the labs. I knew I had to wait for my appointment to discuss the results, as that's how medical offices typically operate. Fast forward to today, when I wasn't feeling well. I had been experiencing pelvic pressure and a persistent sore throat for a few days. When I arrived, I asked if I could be seen earlier than my scheduled appointment, which was a month away. Fortunately, there was an opening today, so I took it. However, when the doctor came in, she asked why I was there, and I explained about my throat and pelvic pain. She told me to pick one issue because I was a walk-in and she couldn't address everything. So then I told her the abdominal pain was my biggest concern. She examined me and determined it was likely due to the antibiotics I had been taking. She then asked me to provide a urine sample, and while I was waiting in the room, I overheard her speaking about me in Spanish, referring to me as a little girl despite being 36 years old. She never returned to give me my results. Instead, the nurse handed me my discharge papers and told me to have a nice day. On the form, under patient instructions, it stated that Dr. Rodriguez had informed me about the walk-in policy, office hours, and how to use the call service, which she did not do. I believe that Dr. Rodriguez has terrible bedside manner and may have treated me poorly because of my insurance. As a result, I have decided to cancel my future appointment with her and seek medical treatment and continuity of care elsewhere."

"Dr. Wardy and her staff are beyond awesome. Folks get you a doctor that you trust and follow them wherever they go. She always squeeze me in and I NEVER feel rushed. Thank you for the great continuing care of my babies. May God forever bless you and your family."
