"The facility is clean and bright. Kaitlyn is efficient and making appointments was easy. Shania and Jessy were excellent. They listened closely, exercises were designed to help my progress. I no longer have back pain and feel so much stronger than when we started."
"I was asked to leave a review after my wife started going here for therapy for her leg. I left a review at that time and gave the place 5 stars. Since my original review, I have had to remove it and give them 3 stars. They do not have enough staff to treat the number of patients they scheduled. Don’t expect a therapist to stay with you and make sure you are continue to do the exercise properly. They stay just long enough to get you started, whether you complete the exercise properly is not observed. Their treatment is general and you may never get a regular therapist. They just can accommodate patients like that per the head person. You never see the head person on the therapy floor helping or assisting patients. We are not going there anymore because even though she just had an evaluation one week ago showing improvement and another 4 weeks of therapy, she was given one 1.5 weeks later, right after she made concerns over her treatment, and discharged from therapy as getting worse. Find a better place."
