"If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely unprofessional. I am 17 weeks pregnant and had a positive UTI test from a drug store. Called several times and did not receive a call back. Went to the office and was told to go to urgent care because the doctor hadn’t seen me in the last 3 weeks. I was accused of not coming in for my ultrasound. This is a lie. I was receiving temporary care until I move to Pennsylvania. I made my situation clear at every visit. I guess I don’t deserve prenatal care because I am not able to deliver with this practice. I would never choose to deliver with them. They would probably send me to urgent care to deliver my baby."

"The most unfriendly office staff I have ever encountered. I'm sorry, but a dinner plate has more personality. Had to wait to schedule surgery, got a call out of the blue with a voicemail saying they had scheduled it... I was not asked if that date worked for me. They treated me like I was the one being rude when I asked to reschedule. Can't reschedule classes. I called to see about having my implant removed because it's bothering me and was told the appointment would be 2 weeks out. Refused to let me switch to a different doctor to get in sooner. Left a voicemail for the nurse and never received a call back. Removing it takes barely 10 minutes. Such amazing patient care... I cut it out of my own arm. If you're not pregnant, you don't matter. Hospitals won't help either. I liked my doctor. Unfortunately, after all of this I will not be going back."

"Our appointment was with Dr. Salamanca. His assistant was helpful and kind as we were being seen. The Dr. Was great explained everything very well. Our appointment time was 10:50 and it is now 12:20 and we are in car waiting for it to cool of while doing this review. Have a great day."
