"If I could give negative reviews to a place I would do it to this 100% DR UGNSON IS A JOKE. He deserves to lose his license for the way he spoke to me and threatened to use his license to get me arrested for being “violent” when I was just crying. He is a JOKE. Karma is real, they charge you a bill to be seen only for 5 seconds!!"

"Brought my daughter and they diagnosed her with bipolar after only 15 minutes with her. I timed it! Absolutely ridiculous. She is not at all bipolar and was completely even-keeled during the 15 min session. These guys are scam artists- just looking to rebook and continue to bill patients. Run. Run fast. Do not recommend them at all."

"I spent 325.00 and received nothing but a bill. I still have a payment due that is being sent to credit reports because I do not want to stop in there again, however, there is no online payment options. I will keep looking or have to return there to pay them. Hopefully if I have to I do not receive another bill.Update...Even though the office was closed 3 minutes after this was posted I received a call to finish this mess."

"No hope here! This place is a joke. The doctor didn't listen at all and just argued..ended up on medication for something I don't have and not treated at all for what I do have! No help at all and just an absolute disgrace...don't waste your time!"

"I've seen Dr. Ungson about 3 times now and I cannot bring myself to make it a 4th visit. The initial visit was 10 minutes long, cost of $250.00 (no insurance). He seemed to get offended when I expressed my opinion and goals as well as when I disagreed on the mg of medication he was pushing for because this is where he starts all his patients. In his eyes, everyone is the same, except we are not. Second visit was 3 minutes in his office, cost is $125.00. He just pushes his patients through. As I checked out, another patient walked into his office. That patient was standing right behind me a couple minutes later while I was still checking out. That is to give you an idea of how quick his visits are. Makes you feel like you are in a mill. My 3rd visit was a telemed visit/virtual visit, also $125.00. My appt was at 9:30 but he didnt call me then, he called a little over an hour later. As he said "my apologies but since its a telemed visit..." He doesnt seem to understand people have to make time and accommodations for a telemed visit just as we would for a regular visit. Needless to say, I am looking for another provider. Oh the only upside to this office (Reason for the 1 star) is that he utilizes another company who does DNA testing to help detect agents compatible with medications. This helps reduce medication trialing. Hope this helps those that are considering going here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE."
