"One star way too much. Worked there for a week, threw me around jobs. Changed my direct dep to paper check, unauthorized. Wont answer me on when to pick up paycheck. I know insights and they dont return phone calls. Dont treat med marijuana patients. Too many things going on to ensure pt care. Do not follow up when refills expire or fails thru escripts. Nobody managing anything there….,its a fiasco!!!"

"I was going there for 10 yrs and skipped 3. Fallout because I smoked Marijuana. Went back 2 mos ago and received injections. Even tho I have a pot card now, I think they blocked me. Anyway, dr. P. is excellent. His rx, etc coordinator needs to be more professional and growup."

"My boyfriend Charles Wood has been going here. They owe him money, they will not return phone calls unless it is to set up appointment for an injection. They changed his meds 2 weeks ago he is unable to work and they will not return his phone calls. One day alone he called 14 times and left messages and still they did not call him back. I have never seen a person in so much pain that he hardly is able to sleep at night. This DrP is supose to care about his patients but all he does is talk down to you, well it’s gotten to where he doesn’t anymore, he has these other “Dr.s” (?) that he has seeing the patients and if Chuck asks a question then they have to leave the room to go ask “Dr P” what to do. On another occasion he asked a question and the Dr said he couldn’t talk to him because he had other patients to see. Yep time to look for a REAL Dr."

"My wife has been trying to speak with the office manager/billing department since the end of March regarding money owed to me because of overpayment. We have left several messages to no response and no one ever gets back to me. We will never use this practice again. We don’t suggest anyone using this business because you won't get your money back and they won't return your phone calls. We now read the reviews and it looks like this has been happening for a couple years. That’s on us for not reading first. BEWARE!!!!!!!! Update: My wife finally got through to Lynn and she went off on my wife. Lynn is the rudest person my wife has ever spoken to. She said stop wasting her time its not her job. She is the office manager. All over $44 dollars over charge!!!"
