"Update 2/7/2024 Since Lange corrected my prescription and glasses. They do stand by thier customer service and product. I have had no issues. Update, 1-5-2024 I am lowering my score, and this is why. I had an issue with my glasses. Lange did not hesitate and set me up with an appointment to diagnosis the issue. I am thankful for that. My first exam, the doctor was professional but spent much time talking or explaining to her assistant. She was dialed in on my cataracts. When I went back to get my eyes rechecked. the doctor would not talk about anything but about my cataracts. She was fixated on that subject. I left the exam room with the exam not completed as I know how my cataracts act and this was more like I was in a fishbowl. I could not seem to convey that to her. She had a bit of an attitude in my opinion. The receptionist in the front was helpful and set up another appointment with another doctor.. I saw Dr. Summerton and explained my issues. She polite , porffeciaonal and listened to my concerns. She redid my exam and made a new prescription. The glasses came in today. I have them on now and they are great. Summery: I will buy more glasses from Lange Institute as they stand by their product. The receptionists are great, Natashia M in the front, who helps you choose glass frames is the best. Very professional, helpful, and polite. An asset to Langes operation. Ican nott say enough good about Doctor Summerton. Again, helpful and paid attention to my concerns instead of talking over me. I will be going back to Lange for glasses and to get my cataracts repaired, but there is one Doctor there that will not be giving me an exam. First review My wife and I stopped by for an exam and glasses. The receptionist, assistant, and doctor were professional and helpful. After the exam, we picked out glasses with Natasha. As well as being polite and professional, she was witty and helpful. Very good customer service skills. Overall, it was a good experience."

"My experience was not good! For contact exam $144—— after getting correct lens strength I was told they’d have to order my “trials” (they only had one box 2 days) new contact Accuvue Oasys Max… upon checking out the young girl said “oh, those aren’t in the system so I don’t know price or when we’ll get any in” - I asked if she would call me when I can place an order ….WELL it’s been 32 days and NO ONE from office has ever called to say “hey your trials are in or we got your products” —- all they seemed to care about was getting you in and out. If a customer comes in for a contact exam, they most likely NEED contacts ! Of course I know I can call around and find out who sells them. This is not like going to a “family or small owned eye doctor” where they know you and call with followup on your products."

"Highly recommend the Lange Eye Institute! This was my first visit and I was seen by Dr. Susan Sussman who was amazing. So patient with my questions and concerns regarding my desire for contacts fitting properly and being comfortable. My previous lenses were discontinued and I’ve spent years trying to find new ones. She found me the perfect pair 1st shot. The staff in front and back are awesome as well. Was taken back in an excellent timely fashion as well. Having astigmatisms in both eyes and also being dry made it really difficult to find the right contact lenses. I’m so happy! No more glasses on my face!"

"Great first time visit. I am an out of pocket pay (no insurance), and pricing was very reasonable. Customer care/service though, was above an beyond. The doctor was very thorough. Went over and explained everything to me. Felt very comfortable there. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit more than where i was previously going."
