"This contact woman it say's to email "Gina Barnes" oversees 3 urologist offices under my insurance. I've had 2 referrals sent over to Timber Ridge, I've called and left messages, I've emailed this Ms Barnes and still nothing back from anyone. They don't even answer the phone or call back when you leave messages. Some serious firing and re-hiring needs to be done on all ends of these 3 offices."

"I'm writing this review on behalf of my friend who was referred there by the PCP. They received the referral by fax and never contacted my friend. Later on, the referral was brought in person to them with all the documents signed. After 2 months they still didn't call to give an appointment, even though they said they were going to do so. They are lazy, the front desk lady is completely clueless, they are a mess. My friend ended up going to another clinic and got an appointment right away. I do not recommend anyone to come here. You don't want your health needs in the hands of these people. Go somewhere else."

"The back office is staff is wonderful. The front office staff is the problem. It is an extremely busy office, too busy to ever get back to anyone. You can't reach a person when you call. I have literally had to drive the 40 minutes over there to be able to talk to someone. Something needs to change because this place is completely inefficient as it is."

"After they disposed my sample and I had to return the next day to leave another, I waited two weeks to hear from them. I finally called them myself to get my results. Results can also be obtained through the secure portal that they neglected to send me a link to. My next move was to be determined by those test results. NO ONE has ever contacted me about those results and my next moves. So my next move was to another doctor. I suggest you do the same."
