Express Care of Leesburg and Belleview

"I love my Dr I really do. But today was a bit ridiculous. I got in there at 1:51 p.m and didn't get out til 5 p.m and they never said why it took so long or anything. That was a bit ridiculous of a wait for blood work results and six months check up stuff. I normally don't do reviews. But felt like I needed to with this one. Almost 3 hours in the Drs today."

"I have used the Leesburg clinic for the past 6 years, with postive out come. This past visit with an gout attack was the last time I will ever use this clinic. I didn't know until I finally got the prescription the next day at 3pm, it was for only 3 colchicine pills. I've taken this medicine for off and on for 35 years for gout attacks and I knew the way it was prescribed would not be enough. Since it was Sunday, I had to go to the Orlando Health Urgent Care for more medicine. In addtion to colchcine they prescribed steroids for the swelling and pain. This ARNP provider at Express Care doesn't know what pain a patient has with an gout attack. If this is the kind of providers being used for a medical team at express care these days, I hope they will take care of business before you don't have any business. I will be transferring my medical records from this clinic to another provider soon. Leesburg clinic for the the psst 6 years"

"Express care is a joke!! I waited 14 weeks for a medical equipment RX that they promised daily I would have. Monday I needed a surgery clearance and I was promised my surgeon would have it by Tuesday 10 a.m. it's Friday and my surgeon hasn't received it. I've been up there trying to get it and now they are saying they aren't releasing any medical records to me or a Dr. ILLEGAL!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! you will regret it! Shirley Ice you and your staff are fired!!! Your no Dr Your a joke and yentire staff are losers!! I will tell everyone about how terrible your practices are. My surgery had to be rescheduled for 2 more months because of your practice Shirley Ice!! You and your practice should ashamed treating patients like this when you took a vow to harm no one!! Shameful!! Your front desk and staff are so damn trude!! Charity is useless!! The whole staff are useless!!!"

"Every time I come to the Express Care in Leesburg there is an extremely loud ringing in the lobby. It sickles on and off. Piercing sound someone should look into this. Additionally there is no lock on the Stall in the Men’s restroom. Reception staff and mussels say the ringing has been this way for a long time. Ownership please take action on this. Very unprofessional!"

"I had to change my mind. The employee was nice but I have never seen a more unclean facility. The fire alarm just rings and apparently it’s not new because I asked….. I think you should invest in a cleaning service. I almost started crying because my stomach hurt so bad, however it was to dirty at 8:00 am. I just took this picture because I didn’t want to embarrass the process"
