Also, very methodical is assigning tests. She has a very warm and kind disposition."

"Designed with elderly needs in mind. Lots of comfy seats in the living room (waiting room) At least 2 check in areas at all times. Large parking lot, with plenty of parking. Outdoor seating areas with ceiling fans in case you need to sit down and catch your breath! Very friendly staff, several clean bathrooms, and on site blood work stations as well as X-RAYS room and plenty of exit doors. Our Doctor Brooke Thermidor is fairly new at this location. She has been worth the wait for! She is very thorough, takes her time with your during your appointment, and listens to your comments and concerns without ever rushing through anything. You are just never rushed wether it is for a follow up or a visit for a new issue. All the staff are very friendly and helpful too. Jenna was very helpful to check me in before my follow up appointment, took detailed notes of a new issue for me and made sure I had all covered. I am glad we opted for the villages Health as the services and care are top notch! This should be the way care is offered for the elderly! Not the bam, slam, se y’a!! We have been seeing Dr. Thermidor since July and never once one of us had to wait more than few minutes (and we are always early checking in) unheard of now a days anywhere else! I recommend the Villages Health to anyone looking for good health care."
