Since having to go through emergency surgery on New Years Eve and still struggling with complications, I have realized what horrible people they are who work at the Villages VA Clinic. You cannot count on them - and they are only there to warm a seat and collect a paycheck. All of my requests and concerns to my Primary Care Physician at the villagers falls On Graf ears? ."

"I had a wonderful experience here at the VA. Ever since I walked in I was treated with a smile from VA Volunteer Conda. She grabbed me a wheelchair and took me all over to get me taken care of. Her empathy and customer care was through the roof. Great job VA."

"So I went to this va for the first time as I normally go to Gainesville. I had my blood work done and the people there are not very friendly. When I tried to make an appointment with mental health is was a disaster and I ended up calling the Washington hotline for veterans which I call way to often. It seems like you have to call and get the white house hotline involved to get anything done. The va has not gotten any better and it doesn’t matter which one you go to."

"The staff is very friendly, they attend quickly, organized, the hospital is very clean and beautiful decoration in honor of the veterans also they comply with the precautions to avoid contagion seats 6 feet apart, sanitary gel everywhere, it is easy to find parking."
