"I am actually smiling as I write this. My son was seen yesterday for a possible ear infection. It was 4:45pm and he was just screaming horribly in the car, clearly in pain. On a whim we decided to rush over to the urgent care. I was nervous to go in because they were about to close and a lot of times it doesn’t bode over well with the staff. Mom gut knew something was wrong so off we flew, no pants on the child! We were greeted by two smiling faces from the front desk and doc, I was in a bit of a fluster. The gentleman doctor on hand flew out the door to help hubby and told him not to worry about putting pants or shoes on my son, just to get him so he could get comfortable. He asked all the right questions, noticed my sons white tongue and very flushed cheeks. Checked the ears. Got us diagnosed for strep and the start of a very red ear. Gave us medication that was different from what he used last time to ensure it would work. We left with a called in prescription and a hard copy (just in case there were any issues after they closed). It was a mothers DREAM. In and out, professional, kind. My son is already feeling much better today! We will be switching over to them for permanent pediatric care. THANK YOU!"
