"On my first visit I waited an hour to be seen. The staff, with the exception of Rebecca, are not the friendliest. I did not feel welcomed. Dr. Martín misdiagnosed me with a viral infection and didn’t do patch testing. I ended up going to a dermatologist and a different allergist who both found that I contact dermatitis and patch testing was done to confirm my allergy. I wasted so much time in pain. I do not recommend this office."

"Waited a year to notify me insurance still had not paid them. I had a month to try to get this sorted out with insurance before the end of the year. Here we are the end of the year and their own billing department confirmed insurance has paid, but Office says the person who updates the system is out of office and anybody that can make any decisions is out of the office too. My deductible will reset because of their Zero communication and poor staffing setup during the most important time of year for patients before their insurance deductible resets. Their billing department literally said insurance has paid, but just because of the office itself is not updated they won’t refill my allergy shots. How can anyone run a business this way"

"I am overly pleased with Dr. Martin and staff. My children and myself have been patients for almost 12 years. The Dr. Martin’s commitment to her patients, appropriate care plans and solutions are professionally and genuinely executed through her and her wonderful staff. The front office staff members are also highly professional, committed and and never out of order. Greetings and a simple smile are inviting, spectacular and appreciated in an office setting. They get it done. Looking from out the box, the office runs gracefully. They are very well supervised and supported.The years have been amazing for my family and myself thru ups and downs but always expecting great things when I’m the hands of Dr. Martin and staff. "On 03/24/23 was my child's apportionment for the first time and I tell you that I loved the office. Starting with the fact that the office was super clean and the employees were very friendly and professional. My child was seen by APRN Beatriz Alvarez. She listened to my concerns as a mother and told me exactly what I have to do with my child to improved her health. She listened without rushing you. She even included my child in the conversation. My child is very shy and she felt comfortable talking to her. I recommend this place."

"I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Martin and staff. I’ve probably been in the office 30 times over the past year, and I have always experienced very kind nurses. My pediatrician recommended Dr. Martin to conduct an academic review of my son’s case. Dr. Martin takes her time and explains everything throughly. Perhaps most importantly, after about a year of allergy shots, my son is starting to have significant improvement in his symptoms."
