"This place is absurd. They state they take your insurance when they are out of network. I had to cancel one appointment because of a migraine where I was UNSAFE to drive. Then we rescheduled and I was called to told it would be a $200 office charge, a $250 fee for the ingrown toenail (only if I wanted them to take care of it) and a $50 fee for any meds they had to send out and a few more fees. This was absurd. I canceled the appt on Friday. They called today (Monday) to say that the appt was missed. I said we canceled last week and they said they didn’t have that on file and now because of this missed appointment and how I did t want to come I. With the last one they will no longer be able to see me as a patient. This place should not be open!"

"Receptionist was extremely Rude! Beware if you choose this facility. What's happened to customer service? Healthcare is an area people work in that want to help people and should be compassionate and kind, not difficult! If you don't like your job and can't treat people nicely, please find another job!"

"Oh my goodness!! Reading these reviews, I cannot believe we are even talking about the same doctor and staff!! Dr.Daly and his staff have been more than wonderful to me. They have been very professional and extremely helpful and nice. I had foot surgery and the doctor was readily available for me throughout the 4th of July weekend. How many doctors are there for you like that? I feel that they truly care for you. Having worked at a doctor's office for years, I know how medical billing is and how insurance companies are not our friend....the doctor's office can only go by information given to them . To blame the office for any overpayments is ridiculous. Anyway, I don't usually write reviews, but had to put my input in."

"When i called to give them my new insurance I Never received a call back regarding my appointment. When my husband called regarding his insurance and mentioned my non call back, they canceled his appointment. The Dr is knowledgeable but the staff is very lacking. I won't be going back, even if the would take me."

"The front office along with Ellen Daly medical billing will shame you into paying a co-pay even when told I don't have a co-pay. Ellen (Dr's Wife) stated she did billing for 30 years. Well today I received my Blue Cross billing which is my secondary clearly showing I owe nothing. Blue Cross is instructing them to mail my co-pay back to me. I wonder how many patients have been overcharged with this Office. The way they treat you like a second class citizen I can see why they have to skim er collect money when not owed and do they follow through with reimbursements . I know they will me for sure, they need to do it before I make official complaints against the Billing Dept. This was my first and last visit to this Doctor. Its his loss I have AAA+ insurance both primary and secondary and will now have to find another Podiatrist and one this Dr. doesn't know."
