"Adrianne Roberts NP provided me with the best care I have ever had. She listened to me and the reason of my visit, she asked the right questions and explained everything I needed to know to get my health back. She cares for the patient and she is what a health provider should be, professional, caring and knowledgeable."

"NP Adrianne Roberts is very rude and does not have any care of regard for anyone. I’ve had an adverse reaction with a medication due to medical issues in the past. I let her know this and she proceeded to prescribe me this medication and told me to follow up with my primary care doctor. I would recommend to go anywhere else but here for treatment."

"Never dealt with anyone less helpful. Showed up @10AM per VA primary for Strep Test. Young girl cleaning tells me I need to schedule appointment. Earliest appointment 5:20 PM. Come back at 5:20 PM for them to tell me they do strep test but refuse to do the testing with shortness of breathe. Explain to them shortness of breathe is from swollen throat and VA PRIMARY TOLD ME TO COME HERE. Showed tem message and address for testing. Now at 5:35PM in traffic I barely have an airway and have to go on a goose chase. VA is closed. How you can refuse to treat A sick Veteran with authorization in writing directly from a VA primary is beyond ridiculous."

"The nurse practitioner at this location is so concerned about social distancing that she does not appropriately assess her patients. I went in for sore throat, fevers, and body aches. She performed a flu test only. Two days later I was diagnosed with strep throat. She may have properly diagnosed me if she had not been standing 4 feet away to examine my throat. It was clear through the entire interaction that all she was concerned with was not contracting whatever illness I had."

"Really bad experience and care. I rarely tell medical professionals I’m a nurse because I don’t want them to treat me different and I can observe their care and technique. This was the worst experience I’ve had. The practitioner said my blood pressure was really high and never treated me or made suggestions on my ailment I went there for (ear infection/fluid in my ears). She actually told me the urgent care she referred me to could address my ears. I had my blood pressure taken by two other locations and it wasn’t high…it was totally normal as it always is. Took it again at home and by a nurse in my neighborhood later in the day and it was still normal. So for $139.00 I got zip. Never again!"
