"Instructor was late arriving. An advertised 3 hour class was actually 1 1/2 hours. There was one mannequin for 11 participants. “Hands-on", was each person doing one set of 30 compressions. The Test was reduced from 25 questions to 15. I was underwhelmed by the experience. Would not recommend."
"The instructor, Enicha, was very knowledgeable and paid great attention to detail. The class was quick and easy. I took one star off only because I felt like the class could be a bit more hands on and interactive. In previous CPR classes I’ve attended, I was able to practice with the mannequins a bit more. The AED simulator was actually used so we would have a deeper understanding of what it would be like in actual situations of emergency where the device would be used. That didn’t occur with this company. This was my first time with them."
