"I made arrangements to have this person come to my home on Christmas to do a family group for the kids. She said she get back to me the day before Christmas Eve because her son was sick. I told her her son is welcome to come. We kept an open communication. Friday she said she could make it I told her let me confirm how many will be painting since we had additional guest, I also was working and Friday got hectic. Saturday was going to Zelle her the money and she said she will no longer do the event with us leaving me hanging with the activity I had planned. I do not believe she had any intentions and I offer her additional pay because everyone was looking forward and now it’s too late to look for someone else and it was bad business ethics. I would reconsider hiring her and her keeping to her commitment. I offered anything to get her to come for Christmas activity including bringing her child. Very sad."
