"Was referred to this wound care center by the hospital for my husband's diabetic wound. When I called to set up appointment I gave her his insurance information and she said she would reach out to get prior authorization from his PCP. I told her my husband has dyalisis 3 days a week and had surgery Thursday for a fistula for dyalisis. So they set up an appointment for today on Tuesday. Well they wait until today to call and tell him that the doctor wasn't covered under his insurance and tried to reschedule him for a different doctor on Thursday when I made myself clear he had surgery on that day. They should have found this out a week ago instead of waiting until the day of his appointment. This is called delaying or neglection of care which will result in my husband's wound getting worse"

"So, they do not allow "visitors" back with the patients now. They have decided that then person responsible for the patients care is just a visitor. We are supposed to care for these at home and know what is going on with them without being here to hear all of this. My father in law was left to make decisions about his care and that is how he ended up here. He is 70 years old and doesn't remember 1/2 of what they say and then doesn't even get most of that right when he tells somebody about it. Just to update...She walked him put to the car and updated me."

"I started treatment at the Center for Wound Care in late July 2017. I have nothing but good things to say about this group of people. I am a Registered Nurse with over 41 years of experience in many areas of nursing care, including being a Federally Certified State surveyor. These folks are GENUINELY concerned about their patients. They also exhibit the TRUE meaning of patient advocacy, from the moment of check-in to the discharge. I entered care here with a certain fear of losing my leg from a non-healing wound. About 5 weeks later, after hyperbaric oxygen treatments and the expertise of these employees, my leg is very nearly completely healed. There is no way to completely thank them for their many kindnesses. I'm very happy that I had the opportunity to be under the render care of EACH AND EVERY ONE of these people!!!"
