"I went here awhile ago, the food was horrible, there were bullies all the time, and it was just a generally trashy place to spend a summer vacation."

"I am a member of the public and just saw a movie at the Picture Show in Altamonte Springs where this group attended the show as a day trip. I sat behind a teacher who was so unbelievably nasty, rude, abrasive and just downright mean to the kids she was in charge of. Her tirade went on for at least 20 minutes before the movie started, aimed at a relatively well behaved group of children. She barked reprimands at them with the slightest, most minute reasons. The most outrageous action was when a little girl told her another student knocked her popcorn before the movie. She told her, "Sorry to hear that. Now go sit down!" The little girl was crying quietly to herself. The woman called her back to her, grabbed her forcefully by her forearms, and angrily told her to stop crying, squeezing and shoving her arms with each forceful word of emphasis. I was so distressed and disturbed watching how this awful woman treated these small children on a field day trip that should have been a fun experience. Beware parents! If this is how your children are treated in a public place, God knows what goes on behind closed doors when there are no witnesses."

"I have never seen my 2 year old son so scared of this place. I dropped him off and he was hyper ventilating and I felt so bad I had to find another place. He went there for a week. Every time I went to pick my son up, I can hear the adults yelling at the kids. He came home with bug bites and the lady there said it was probably from my home! Lol Another thing that was weird was the owner asked if my son understands English. I was taken back and asked why would she think that. She said he doesn’t respond when we talk to him. He’s two! He doesn’t talk yet. I told her we only speak English in the house. They did call me asking why my son hasn’t been there and I told him he wasn’t happy there and they said it’s only been a week. I told them I know my baby and he never acts so scared and crying before. I’ve also heard of ex employers that have told me horror stories plus 2 kids that went there and hated it. Just be aware."

"My son loves it here. He doesn’t need after school care but goes anyway just to play outside safely and with his friends. One star removed because of no masks, but, I understand it as they’re also a daycare to little little kids. They have a great playground, multiple indoor play places/spaces with computers and arcade type games, homework help (my son never uses it- he prefers to play and do homework at home)."
