Target

"I purchased some fruit and nuts that didn't ring up correctly. I was a previous employee and had retiree discounts. I went back to check and noted the price on the receipt. At the service desk, the person started arguing with me about the noted prices, so I asked for the manager. Rick, the Store Manager on duty, looked on his palm pilot and it didn't say the correct price. He started arguing with me, looking at my total and estimating my discounts. He became belligerent about my being upset because he would not take my word for it, and refused to help me because I said he was "annoying." He would not change the price for a difference of $1.25. So I returned the items in question (and they lost the sale of $8.84). I asked for the name of the main store manager and he wouldn't give it to me, saying he was the store manager. I find that hard to believe that this is their practice for good customer service. It has been nearly a year since I shopped here, and I will not be coming back."

"Lizaida was extremely rude and refused to help with a return for my mother in law. Refused to call customer service or ask for anyone else to help. It took 3 people, customer service on the phone to figure out how to process a return, in the return & exchange register. Chase the manager was useless and covered for his employee instead of telling her she wasn’t doing it correctly. Made me drive an hour away to another target to do the return. All while my mother in law WORKS for target and could have went behind the register to just do it herself"

"Recently did my first pick up/drive up through the app. The whole process was super easy & efficient!! I will be doing more shopping at Target again (pre 2020 did alot of shopping here) using the drive up & pick up options."

"We went to Target later in the evening just before they closed on a Tuesday to look for some gaming controllers for my significant others son. The store was in great shape. No clutter, nothing in the aisles, the shelves well stocked and in priced order where they should be. People who have never worked retail have no idea what goes into keeping a dept looking that good. Having worked as a receiving mngt for almost 10 years I definitely do, and their stocking/merchandising team deserve a kudos for the way the toy/books area/dept looked. The Halloween decor and costumes was cleaned out but that's to be expected this close to the holiday."
