"My husband was in the hospital for 3 days. All went well until the last day’s nurse name Lady on the 12th floor. The woman does not know how to administer medicine. Apparently some told her to crush the medicine que give to my husband well, the gave to him and walked off. The medicine was still in his mouth not swallowed. Took me over 30 min for him to swallow, very irresponsible and negligent on this nurse part, I will make sure this nurse is NOT your nurse!!!"

"I went there for a CT Scan with Contrast in the radiology department. Worst experience and will not go back. I had to check in 5 places. They basically forgot about me and let me wait at the last check in area and told me Sorry we didn't see you there our monitors are too big and was blocking who we could see sitting in the waiting room. Also they blew out my vein. I felt invisible there. Took me 2 hours to get a CT Scan with contrast completed. I had a 9am and finished around 11am. Plus it is $8 to valet your car plus tip. Rip off."

"My husband had surgery in this hospital and the experience was nothing less than great. Doctors and nurses were knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step as well as guide the patient before and after the operation. The medical team on the 8th floor North was outstanding. In times of understaffed hospitals UHEALTH provided excellent care and left the patient never feeling alone. The surgeon took the time to see my husband before and after the procedure and answered all questions. Even an eye mask, earplugs and a sudoku game were provided to allow relaxation and sleep. In the midst of their challenging and high pressure job, everyone was very friendly and encouraging. Top notch!"

"I was admitted Sept 20 with rectum bleeding and pain on my right buttocks and waist. Nurses were courteous and nice. Doctors were not, just pushing to discharge today even though I'm still bleeding from my rectum and I'm still leaking and in pain. I will go to another hospital before going back to this one. Worst experience ever."

"Mother being treated and told doctor Giselle hernandez does not exist hmm. By secretary in front desk. Becareful with individuals at front desk and your personal information. Doctor Giselle hernandez was there. Hmm. Security threatening but stepped back after I put doctor on speaker and left her know they had intentions of throwing me out of hospital after I heard my mother's doctor Giselle hernandez didn't exist. Took pictures but they stepped back after let doctor Giselle hernandez know I was Democrat under Joe Biden and kamala Harris. Gave Democrat number."
