"The guitar was fine but it wasn’t what my son wanted. We were told by the owner when we bought it as a gift that we’d be able to return it if that happened. When we brought it back, he offered store credit only. The guitar had never even been tried because we didn’t even have an amp yet. I would never, EVER have bought someone a gift here if I’d known I couldn’t return it. Putting the return policy on the receipt ensures the customer only sees the policy after the purchase is complete and the customer is already trapped. Needless to say, we’ve since bought the case, cable, amp, pedal, stand, etc all someplace else. This guy lost our business forever."
"Great local shop with knowledgeable and helpful owner. He was very helpful in selecting the right guitar for my wife’s son. I feel like it’s a place where people can just hang out with out feeling pressured, it’s real laid back but also with a high end feeling. We got way better service here than with guitar center when we went and no one even said hi to us."

They get you engaged and excited about learning to play music and they actually knows a lot which is really really important.
