"Amazing, clean gym with fantastic instructors and class options. I’ve been working out at HCF Oviedo since the day they opened. The owners make you feel like family and the classes really push you. I workout about 4-5x a week and usually train with Devin or Ji and they are both incredible and really work with you and push you. They are also hilarious which makes everything better. My body has transformed and I am so strong! I’m now pregnant and the entire staff and gym has been amazingly supportive as I continue to move my body during this phase. I will be a member for life and couldn’t recommend this place more. They always have great options like a free class or ten days for ten dollars so you can try before you buy. But trust me, once you take a class you will definitely want to sign up!!"

"Please don’t let the name intimidate you, Hardcore fitness Oviedo is a gym that will get all ages and skill levels from the beginner to the advanced in shape. The trainers in every class will help you and guide proper form and to achieve results wherever you’re at in your fitness journey. Most exercises can be modified to your skill level and even around injury. All you have to do is make the effort to show up to one of their many class time options available everyday, and there is a 45-50 minute challenging strength or Fight camp cardio style workout ready for you. This takes all the guess work out of what to do and allows you to able to push yourself each class by doing something different everyday. This gym has a very welcoming environment with the sweetest owners, very friendly and educated trainers, and has top notch equipment. You will look forward to coming in here it’s an excellent stress reliever for your day get your workout in to some good music. Several times per year they will hold their 60 day challenge which is highly recommended to teach proper nutrition, and many will see amazing transformative results (check out the pictures on the website). As someone who has done a challenge those are all completely real results. It’s worth it to check them out for a free several day trial to see if it’s for you, you have nothing to lose to stop by. If Oviedo isn’t close in your area I highly recommend any of the other amazing Hardcore fitness locations in Central Florida, all of them are wonderful with a similar structure and a very friendly and welcoming environment."
