"CEO should do an undercover boss. Unfortunately I had to go to emergency again. Food service lady called me a liar. I have severe ulcer colitis and no toilet paper or soap in the room. 7 hours in the emergency room 3 of those hours was waiting for my bed to be cleaned according to the nurses. Even the doctor that saw me early morning couldn’t believe how long. The worst of all this is how they treated this cancer patient Marta. I almost cried! Her pain was coming back bc of being treated like terrible. I have never seen anything like that in my life!!!!!! And I’m leaving out a few other incidents bc it’s just disgusting. "The worse ER I have been! Even if you're in extremely pain, they don't give you attention. After 2 hours of waiting, one nurse call you with bad attitude and careless ask you questions that due to your pain are unable to explain in detail. Also, the young lady doctor available didn't care anything about what is going on and after 5 minutes assessment they send you out again. There're no compassion, advocacy, and medical skills that an emergency area should has. DI do not recommend the UM ER!!"
