"I called them on Monday requesting an authorization from Dr. Jorge Luis Garcia for a wheelchair that was needed Thursday morning for a doctors appointment. When I did not hear back from them, I called on Wednesday the day before the appointment. NOTHING had been done to order the wheelchair. They just reiterated what the process was, no apology at all. They made it sound like they did nothing wrong. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. All the calls go to the call center, you can never reach the Tamarac location. Customer service is very bad. They do not care about their patients. There are other better clinics out there. Stay away from Clinical Care."

"I have been a patient here since 2019. As other reviews state, it is 99% spanish speaking, if you do not speak or understand spanish it is VERY hard to communicate with the staff. I manage to get by at the clinic however the call center is the absolute worse. You get no where speaking with them. Not 1 person speaks English and it is frustrating. Clinic is always clean and staff very friendly there but again, language barrier is a huge issue. I was seeing Dr Acosta who I absolutely loved. He took his time with each patient and he also knew patients by face. I trusted him 100% with my care. He isn't a doctor who pushes pills or misdiagnose. He definitely takes his time and loves what he does. I was heartbroken to know he has left the clinic but decided to stay there because its close to home and I have been going there so long that changing at this time wouldn't be a great idea, or so I thought. I got assigned to Dr Garcia and was scheduled a Telehealth appt which HE missed. It was set for 11:40am and he videoed me at 5:30pm, I advised that I was unavailable and we reschedule for the next morning at 8am and he then calls me the next day at 1:40pm, AGAIN after our set appt. I told him he was very unprofessional and I will be searching for a new dr. This place has became a joke ! I won't recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time ."

"Beware they want all your info before they will speak to you. Starting with date of birth. Unfortunately, I do not speak Spanish and Cannot understand heavy accents. Oddly, they avoid answering simple questions about the doctors on staff. Like "what is the specialty of the MD who works with chronic arthritis"? They say they will refer me if ever need be. Thats the answer. Seems they are a big business referral service. Waste of time just on the phone. Beware."
