"I was there today and a white woman with blue eyes that sit in the front is a witch... they told us we do not need to make an appointments for x-rays, so we went and waited and waited and people came in and out and every time I went to ask how long more she still have my mothers file beside her computer it was pass 5 pm I went to ask one last time how long and even that everyone else left she wont put my mothers file up so they techs could call her, so if the tech see no file they are not going to call. She was probably annoyed because I ask a couple of times, still is your job to do people right, my mom is an elder almost 80 years old, even me telling her she was hungry that we were there for a long time waiting and even worse there was no one left but us... but what she didn't realized is that I saw she never put the file up, she kept it beside her computer at that point I told my mother to forget it and we walk out. You should be fired because you are a mean person and should not be working with public. But what you REAP in earth here you sow."
