"What a find! This is the best Cuban restaurant I’ve been to in South Florida. While the location is a little unassuming, located in a strip mall, the food and service are top notch. The chicken empanada was fresh and oh so delicious. For my main course I had the churasco ribeye which was both cooked perfectly and also extremely well flavored. I paired the steak with the yellow rice and the cassava in garlic sauce. The sides almost took the spot light from the main. The cassava while very garlicky was not overpowering and the rice was seasoned well. To compliment the excellent food, the service was superb. All members of the waitstaff checked in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and made spot on menu recommendations. I will be back."
"El Tropico was great! Went with my family of 4 and was welcomed with great service by our server Roberto and delicious food. The food came fast and fresh. I had the best garlic Cuban bread ever. Funny TV was awesome entertainment. Definitely recommend visiting"
