"Costumers please whatch out. On 2/16/24 I ordered a whole chicken meal and when I got home I noticed most of the breast meat was missing. it looks like employees are instructed to scrab most of the breast meat out of the chicken so it is probably used to make other dishes like Chicken Tropichop. At home, when I tried to share the breast with another person I could only find one side of the breast with a little bit of meat. The rest of the chicken was burnt wings, drumsticks and thighs with little meat. They cut the chicken pieces on a tricky way that you don't notice what is missing. This have happened to me in other Pollo Tropicals as well. To confirm what I'm saying is true, pass by Publix and get a whole oven roasted chicken and you will notice they don't scrab the meat from the breast. You will get the complete chicken with the breast."

"Dont order online. You’ll only receive a partial order and have to go in and pick up the rest of your order because no one answers the phone when you try to call them. Also, when you ask for the $5 delivery fee you paid for your order to be delivered in it’s entirety, yet you had to go into the restaurant to pick up the rest of your order, no one in the store knows what to do. They tell you to call customer service which doesn’t answer the phone either. The customer service recording tells you to deal with the location directly if you’re calling about an issue with the delivery order. The manager also said I can keep my food, like I hadn’t paid for it and he was doing me a favor, even though I was never issued a refund for anything. Don’t place an online order until they can figure it out, unless you want to pay $5 for delivery plus tip, not receive all of your order, and still have to go into the store anyway to pick up your food after paying for the convenience of not having to leave your house when sick."

"I ask the window server if they had French fries and she said yes, I asked for medium, and she said that I can choose only small or large. I chose large. On the bill, it showed fried wedges for $5.39. Half of them were soggy and half of them were dried. The Caesar salad had more than 20 croutons. The dressing was loaded with mustard and the chicken was dry and very salty. I remember the days their Caesar dressing was amazing. I drove away not realizing I have been robed. I will NEVER again buy food from Pollo Tropical! The photos show the large amount of dries potato wedges and the tone of croutons in the Caesar salad."

"Tasty food for a good price! Portions are just right, not too much but enough. Would definitely recommend! My parents did not really like their plates though but my wrap was just right and kids were happy"
