"I order a pizza and a chicken buffalo, and when I pick up my order on my way home they give me the wrong order I. All the store and I was on the phone for 5m until I got back. I told the girls she give me the wrong g order and I show her I was on the phone for 5m, she start my order again when I saw her Taki g the chicken with her hands with no gloves when she has her cell phone on hands. I told her to give me my money back and she say no that she gonna do my order again. I told her why she's not using gloves to pick up the chicken and she say she forgot. Really disappointed on how she take care my order. Her names is Claudia on Miami lakes location."
"IF POSSIBLE 0 STARS FOR REAL, horrible customer service at this store. Person on the phone refused and kept questioning me on why i needed to speak to a manager, was very much unprofessional especially the fact of her calling herself the manager after like 10 minutes. the call kept on getting dropped on there end. And the absolute disrespect that me as the “Customer” received was unacceptable."

"Ordered via the app. Time after paying stated 20-30mins.. I didn’t get my food until 1 hour and 37 mins later. All my food was burnt, sandwiches were opened faced and they forgot the Alfredo on my Pasta."
