"Came in for the first time on a Saturday afternoon and tried a lot of different things. The restaurant was COMPLETELY empty while we were there with exception of a few Uber/DoorDash pick up which was a major red flag. I know they are somewhat new but not that new. Anyways, our server was very nice and was able to explain a few things to us. The do bring you a bottle of water which she said it was reverse osmosis and It cost $9 (first bottle is complementary). They don't have full bar. Just a few different beers, wines and a apple/blueberry spirit which was somewhat of a sangria but not quite. The drink wasn't bad but not great. For appetizers we shared the charred octopus (tender and had good flavor), the tostones with pork belly guacamole (didn't have much pork belly but it tasted good) and the French onion soup (it was awful and the bread was burnt or something tasted burnt). For main we shared the spice mango and chili ribs (it tasted fine but could have been better) not spicy at all. We also had the bao buns which left a lot to desire but not terrible, I did like the pickle cabbage. And finally the top 17 burgers which was delicious, juicy and cooked to perfection. I would have that again. For dessert we had the Nutella filled chocolate chip cookie with icecream and yum! Delicious Overall the food was average and I'm not sure if I'd be back."

"The restaurant is apparently still pretty new and worth giving a try. Went for brunch. They offer their regular menu after 12 pm, even during brunch, so its nice if you dont want something on the brunch menu. Service can be improved but overall worth giving them a try. Will definitely try them for dinner."

"My husband and I have visited twice now and both times have left extremely satisfied. The menu is very creative and the chef adds such a special twist to each dish. The French onion soup is my FAVE in all of south Florida. The burgers are to die for, along with the brisket sliders, truffle Mac and mango ribs. Literally everything is delicious, definitely add it to your list of places to go"

"The most unexpectedly fabulous dining experience. Shockingly good. Without question the best ribs of my life. Fantastic and thoughtful service. I cannot say enough positive things. A *must* try experience. Newly opened and still working through a few glitches - google shows no reservations available and they basically don’t have a sign (city permitting issues). I recommend calling to confirm availability or just showing up. Highest quality food and generous portions. I think it’s just hard for people to even realize that they’re there. Easily my favorite meal in Hollywood. Highest of high recommendations. You gotta go."

"It is rare to find a restaurant where both the staff and food are top notch. Chef and his lovely staff are some of the sweetest people I’ve met in a while. This was matched by an excellent menu. I only delayed in writing this review so I could let Chef know that the leftovers I ate today were AMAZING!!! Everything we had was so comforting yet elevated. Portions were generous, so we shared a feast of guacamole and tostones, lobster roll with fries, and yummy ribs with mac and cheese. This food literally made me happy after an awful week. Thank you Chef and the staff at Top17. I owe you ❤️"
