"If I could give this place fewer stars I would. I also noticed that they don't give receipts as they don't want the company to receive the feedback from the customers. The staff here are the least friendly (very rude) and the manager is actually the worst culprit of them all. We were standing at the counter for close to 15 minutes just to order, and many staff walked right by us, went to the cash and didn't even bother to look up and ask us if they could help with anything (including the manager). We just wanted to buy one of the toys for our kid (which we have done at other McDonald's locations). One of the staff said we could, but then walked away before we could buy it. 10 more minutes later, manager walks by again and was about to walk away without looking up until we raised our voices and asked for assistance. We asked to buy a toy and he bluntly said "you can't buy it". I responded that I know we could buy them as we have bought them before at other locations and asked him to ask one of his coworkers as we were told that we could buy them. He then bluntly said "well I'm the manager and I say you cannot" and then coldly walked away. We've been to many McDonald's around the country and have received excellent customer service. This one does not live up to the standard and was very rude. Please retrain the staff at this location how to talk to customers. Thanks!"
"DO NOT EAT HERE! This place is a circus ran by clowns. Staff has BAD ATTITUDE! Food is absolutely disgusting. Restaurant is seriously filthy!!! I regretted it the minute we walked in to order. They refuse to answer the phone. We love ketchup and mustard soaked on our buns. NOT! I'm sure the employees do too."
"Would not recommend coming here during breakfast. Staff is extremely rude. They don’t take your order right and give an attitude when you try to explain it’s wrong at the first window then your order is still wrong and if you choose to go back for them to correct it and you receive more attitudes and they still don’t fix your order. Customer service and common courtesy is not a thing here. AVOID THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY BREAKFAST HOURS!"
