"Fast food with great milkshakes. You order at a screen and get a number, the staff the shout out your number. It was not so clean, the floor was sticky, so the shoes stuck a bit when walking. But the food was good."

"Disappointing. Steak ‘n Shake used to be a good experience. Good service, good food, good atmosphere. Now, you order from a kiosk before you sit down. They give you a bar code to scan for your drinks. No bar code, no Coca-Cola for you! Tables were dirty; had to wipe my own table. Thankfully I’ve recently taken to carrying my own wet wiped in my truck because poor cleanliness seams to be the rule nowadays instead of the exception. Overall, the food was as I remembered it, but without any human interaction whatsoever and dirty tables, the entire experience felt more like some futuristic prison movie than a restaurant."

"There is mold all over the store vents and ceiling tile.The ladies bathroom are dirty. Bathroom tissue all over the floor there was no soap in bathroom. Fries was cold. Staff members rude. I witness a older customer as for help at kiosks staff member told him to wait 5 minutes before he could assist them."

"What a pleasant surprise. The place was really clean, the kiosks to order the food are amazing, the employee was super friendly and most importantly, the food was great at a great price! In other reviews I read they complaint about being cold inside, but that is all Miami! That is why I always carry a jacket in the car when eating out. The fries and burger were really good and the shake too. Will definitely eat here again :)"
