"I don’t usually post any reviews on places but this place deserves negative, negative stars ⭐️. Food taste terrible, food is old , order was all wrong in top of that. They charged me for items that where not even placed in my order . Also the staff at night really , really rude no customer service skills at all ! Stay away from here !!"

"I left this location and went to the one on Hollywood Blvd. This was just before 10 pm. I pulled up to the speaker and there was an order on the screen but no one was in line. I waited a few minutes for someone to come on the speaker but no one did. I said hello a few times and no one responded. I drove around to the window but i could not see anything so i drive around to the front door, a family walked up to the door but it was locked so i drive back around to the drive thru. At this time, there were 3 cars in line but no one ever came to the speaker because the car that was behind me finally drove off as well. I saw a worker (a young lady) leaving out the side door and did not see anyone else inside. This is not the first time this has happened and I'm sure it won't be the last. I will not patronize this establishment anymore. There were no signs up anywhere to say they were closed for maintenance or anything like that. All the lights were on, but no one was home."

"The girl at the window taking the order was friendly. The manager decided to charge me extra because Im white. Absolutely disrespectful and does not deserve to keep her job. I asked for two plain whoppers with cheese. A really simple order. No other customers were at the store. I was charged .80 for cheese. Y'all already got to save money by not providing condiments, lettuce, tomatoes onions and pickles. There was no reason to upcharge me .40 per slice of cheese that I never received in the end anyways. I got two plain hamburgers in my bag. So after being treated unfairly, and charged extra I still did not get the simple order I wanted. Y'all owe me two cheeseburgers and a apology from the racist manager. Not deleting negative review unti y'all fix this."

"Every time I go there and I'm the only person in line I have to pull over and wait at least 10 minutes This time I waited 25 minutes for french fries and the burger was cold. I gave the burger back, they said they were going to make a new one but apparently it was heated it up so when I got home which is 2 minutes away the bread was completely hard. Very disappointed. I don't usually give bad reviews but this happens every single time. I personally am not going back there. I would rather drive another 10 minutes to go to another Burger King."

"This a terrible choice for a meal. I went to this very Burger King at least once and I ordered a Garden Salad for what at the time was about $4. I'm guessing 2012ish. The Garden Salad is clearly supposed to be a full container of Green Lettuce , cherry tomatoes, corn and cucumber. If I recall I waited a long time for my order and when they finally gave it to me it wasn't anything but some irritated employee just few a threw lettuce shreds in there and a small amount of shredded cheese on top. I asked where the rest of it was anfd they had the audacity to tell me there's no tomatoes in their garden salads! So BK sells lettuce as a Garden Salad? Sure..... The container wasn't even half full. Maybe not even a quarter. Well obviously I didn't get the salad and kept my money and never attempted to eat there or any other BK again. Yes I remember this terrible experience."
