"The number one reason to come here is the food. It's soo delicious. Everything we ordered (create your own breakfast, and pound cake French toast and wings) was made with love. The service was fast and friendly. And the atmosphere is a whole vibe. It feels homey, good music playing and as you're smelling delicious food being made. Make this your go to brunch spot. For the cons - small stuff: Don't let the location throw you off. Just try it for yourself. (Storage units) The dining room is small We dined in and we didn't get offered any water."

"You may be wondering where you are pulling up too when you see the storage building buts trust me, you in the right location. I drove up on Friday morning from the Brickell area, to have breakfast with my wife before hitting the casino. I had the chicken n waffles and French toast combo. .u wife had the salmon bites with grits and Two lemonade. The food was delicious, seasoned, and well presented. Its limited seating space but lucky we were able to sit outside at the park bench. What a perfect start to the perfect bday weekend in Miami, traveling from Atlanta. We will be back."

"Wide selection including variety of waffles. I loved the red velvet waffles. One dining companion raved about his chicken and waffles and the other enjoyed his cinnamon crunch waffles. Surprised to enjoy such great food in a storage unit park but it’s part of the charm. Friendly service. Only downside was they had no coffee as the machine was broken. I recommend offering regular black tea (like Tetley’s Orange pekoe) in addition to the green tea and herbal options."

"We didn’t know what we were rolling up on, as the space is within a storage complex HOWEVER babyyyy that food was too good. We ordered the stuffed French toast with wings and the creamy grits and catfish. The chicken wings were so flavorful and crispy. I loved that catfish had its own batter and taste. I wish we could’ve tried more here. Them folks can cook."

"The food was AMAZING! I never thought I needed oxtails and grits until now. The portion size was way larger than I expected. They were not stingy with the oxtails either ( there were some that were in the bottom of my bowl ). The grits were amazing. I had a side of cajun and fried shrimp and they both were great. The other people in my party had catfish and grits, chicken and waffles, and shrimp and grits with sausage. They all loved their food. I also had a side of potatoes and they were really good. The owner was very friendly. Our waitress was knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service was great. I'd highly suggest this place."
