"The staff here is incredible from the kitchen staff to the front. They are always making sure the food is perfect to order and always great service at the window. They spent a good amount of money renovating the restaurant I hope they spend a small fraction of that on making sure the staff gets rewarded for making sure this location remains open and always busy."

"THIS is how you do late night food! Best gyro and fries I could have asked for after a long and stressful day of flying. Wife got the turkey sub (which comes with banana peppers!) which hit the spot too. I especially wanted to mention the lady who was managing the line that night since she was a BOSS. The employee on the drive-thru mic wasn't a native English speaker so we were having difficulty explaining my wife's order modifications. Out of nowhere this lady was on the mic and patiently addressed everything to a tee. She also gave the employee a good attitude even when he seemed to be checked out due to the language issues. The main reason why I loved her was that our food didn't have any mistakes and was absolutely cooked fresh by the kitchen and ready so quickly we were out of the drive-thru as soon as we paid. This lady is managing a tight ship and definitely deserves a raise! Highly recommended."

"I was in the Hollywood area for business and decided to get something to eat to avoid sitting in traffic on the highway home. I hadn't had Miami Subs in 10 years and decided to stop in for wings. The restaurant was clean. The ceiling tiles around the electrical plugs showed heavy water stains (which was a little concerning). The cashier was rude and acted like she was annoyed my daughter and I came in to order food. The restaurant was empty as far as customers which is strange for 6:00pm. My daughter had to go back to ask for the dressing that comes with her order. The food was very lack luster. The Buffalo sauce was watered down and didn't taste quite like Buffalo sauce. The fries and drinks were good. Will I eat here again. Absolutely....100% NO!!! It was not worth the money paid."

"The customer service here was phenomenal. The lady who took my order gave me different suggestions on sauces and meat choices. I went to try the new bowl. It's a good idea in theory but it really didn't work because the fries got soggy and the lettuce got wilted because the heat from the food on top (the rice would have been a better choice). The reason for the 4 stars is because I asked for no tomato and there was an abundance of them in which I had to pick out."
