"When you order a pizza to pick up, I expect the pizza to be ready and the sauce for the breadsticks we ordered with the breadsticks. I picked up the pizza and went to my car just to find out there was no sauce, which we paid for. I went back inside to request the sauce (there was a long line) and I was lecture on how things work. I have to check the pizza order inside prior to leave the store. It defeats the purpose of ordering and having a code to pick up when you still have to go to the counter to get the sauce ordered. I will take my business to another little Caesars."
"This poor girl at the register. Clearly under staffed. Phone never stopped ringing, customers upset and nothing she could do. Help your employees. Don’t allow online orders to say a time they clearly can’t do."

"ordered 2 pizzas with doordash and after an hour they canceled it due to technical difficulties! few months later... I decided to give this place another shot. disappointed and frustrated!!! 50 minutes waiting for 2 pizzas!! they said 15 minutes and when i come they had only one done and FORGOT to make the other pizza! when i finally opened the pizza box i was DISGUSTED. HORRIBLE PLACE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!! everyone that comes here complains!"
