"Got there at 10:45 and they supposedly close at 11:00pm. But they didn't answer at the drive up, and when I went up to the window they told me they were closed.. incredible. Had driver 20 min in a rush to make it in time and got let down."
"Update: Lately at the drive-through either we are not given a receipt or when I ask for one, given someone else’s. This prevents us from applying the purchase/points to our rewards balance. Our last drive-through visit was on a Friday night between 7-8 PM and it wasn’t that busy, so I don’t understand why consistent mistakes with receipts when everything else related to the food was fine. We usually go through the drive thru and considering the long lines, the wait is not too bad. Usually they get the order correct and the employees have a friendly helpful attitude. The chicken is always well seasoned and the flan and cuatro leches are very good."
"This place always gets my order right, and they are fast. The bowls are always filled, and the service is friendly. I recommend getting double meat, and this location is generous about it. Best PT in South Florida area in terms of service, accuracy, and quality of food!"
"Time to tear it down a make a Chik-Fil-A. Tired of crossing my finger hoping the chicken ain’t dry. 5$ for a side of Avocado that looks like this. Been fooled to many time already to continue on coming back."
"I have been here a couple times and my most recent visit was the worst. After ordering a large family meal combo option, I had to go back to the counter as they gave me my food without any chicken. Fine. As I actually eat my food, I see that their beans are extremely watered down. No exaggeration -- the black beans I ordered had around 75% water, 25% beans. As if all this isn't poor enough, I find individual hairs on my food plate. I am completely disgusted at the quality of food here. If anyone reads this, I encourage you to eat elsewhere."
