The wait times for both seating and receiving our orders were unreasonably long, making the dining experience feel drawn-out and frustrating. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking, and it was evident that some updates and renovations are overdue. A refreshed ambiance could greatly enhance the dining atmosphere and elevate the overall experience for patrons. Despite these shortcomings, the quality of the food cannot be overlooked. Each dish was packed with flavor and skillfully prepared, showcasing the culinary expertise of the kitchen staff. In conclusion, while Blue Ginger has potential, improvements in service efficiency and restaurant upkeep are necessary to truly shine in the competitive dining scene. "First time coming here to attend a birthday party and I must say I had a great time. Not only the food was great but the customer service was amazing. The front door staff was very friendly and welcoming. Once we was seated I notice the place was well decorated with a very nice and comfortable atmosphere. The waiter was very friendly and helpful with the menu. They have great prices and the offer soup or salad with the hibachi meal. The best part was the entertainment. The chef not only cook great meals but the jokes and entertaining show made the night so much fun. They give great energy and never a dull moment. Nothing bad to say only thing is be aware of the 18% gratuity charge towards your bill. Not sure if that’s only for hibachi but you’re also open to give an additional tip. If you’re in the mood for hibachi and entertainment, give them a try!!"
