"This chic fil a does a great job at making sure my order is correct but I want to point out one employee that genuinely makes me excited to come to your establishment. Sarah is my favorite worker! She always greets me with a warm smile and knows my order to the T! She makes great conversation and just makes me feel welcomed. "The food continues to bat a thousand. Screenshot the drive through the little slow and disorganized. Cause they can't figure out which car to take the food to. Is the head any sense instead of asking for my name for the ticket? They'd write the make and color of my car. They have no idea which car Eric is driving, but they can figure out i've got a blue csr. I really resent when I wanna substitute something for the fries. How much more they charge me I don't like their fries but that's a personal thing. But to charge me so much more if I get a soup Instead is ridiculous."

I going with 25 kids and the service was excellent y faster & the manager of the floor take all my kids to the table to seat and he bring every order they have.
