"Walked in and 3 ladies there and no one greets. They are looking crazy. Took a couple of minutes before even asked what I was ordering. There standing around speaking Spanish. What happened to great customer service. I train for my job and could never have my staff ignoring customers. Then don't say thank you afterwards. Shame on you. Definitely needs to be retrained on customers service. Wish I could rate 0!!!!!"
"Terrible service, they need to have a manager in the night shift. Front desk just told a gentleman who ordered less then I did and ordered before me that if he didn’t like the wait he should just go to another pizza place?! Like really, those kind of things only happen when there isn’t a manager on site. Also, they got my order wrong and I had to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza. Just terrible!"
"Went today for a pepperoni pizza and Lunch Combo. Asked for Fresh. Ended up getting 1/2 a deep dish pizza. When I asked what happened, I got yelled at for touching the pizza to show her why I was upset. Also, was told they didn't have any dough ready for the Lunch Combos, so my dough was taken straight from the freezer to the oven. I still had to cook both pizzas when I got home, as they were under cooked."
