"Vista lounge( BAR IN THE HOTEL) is closed on Saturday nights for a private event that is NOT ADVERTISED ANYWHERE IN THE HOTEL. I wouldn't have booked this hotel had I known I couldn't to the on-site bar on a Saturday night. The bar is advertised as open 6 to 11pm. Meanwhile the bar is open. No one is sitting there but there are reserved signs on ALL the spots."
"Food was delicious. Staff very friendly and attentive. Spoke to a man very interested in our city and was able to help give him some pointers for if he visits. Had lively music playing."
"Such mixed experiences. We had such a nice experience for dinner, but breakfast is not so much. For RNY/sleeve patients: I had RNY surgery in October 2022, so my portion size is much smaller for me than other adults. I asked if I could get the kids sized buffet but was told no. I'm not paying $16 + automatic 18% gratuity for $8 worth of food since you can't take it to go."
