"The atmosphere and the food is typically good. This is a place that I have gone to often never had an issue. However, for the first time, the sushi that I ordered was dry and quite inedible. I told the waitress and much to my surprise she returned with the dish because the kitchen said it was done correctly. No offer to change it, only that if they made it again, it would taste the same. I take a couple issues with that response. No, it was not made well. If it was made well and the customer did not like it, I would think long term and not charge them for the $12 dish. From someone who would go in a random Tuesday, and rarely returns any dish, I will say that this is not what I expected and not an experience that I would repeat. I’m writing this because I read another review that mentioned a very similar experience. I did not order a replacement dish and went home without a full meal. Allowing a customer to leave dissatisfied is not good business practice."
"The food was amazing and of good quality, The waitress by the name Ciara had given us great service and an amazing experience, she helped us with guidance on what to eat considering our taste."
"Came here with my family, the restaurant was super clean and the food was 10/10. The waitress Ciara was super nice and mileny her helper was wonderful. We got the new rolls they brought out.I got the Vampire Roll and my mom the Thousand Dreams Roll. All I can say was we fell in love."
"We had an art instead of just food. So fresh, so nicely served with a flower and a smile. The Tuna sashimi was a masterpiece. So impressed with fresh seaweed salad. My daughter is a tuna lover so she gave her high five to Tuna assortie. Lovely. And yes- they have a happy hour!"
