"Taylor was awesome, got stuck in flordia over night and decided to check the place out . She recommended some new to me beers and was a fun host. Had some good beers and talk with the locals. Place has a really good atmosphere! I would come back if I was traveling here intentionally. The new beer they had as of this review tastes like a naked juice and an IPA had a baby in the best way."

"Old Tom’s is a recurring staple while in Miami for work. They have a decent draft list (though mostly IPAs and standard domestics and they run out quickly), some house cocktails, a varied menu with tons of burgers to choose from, and the inside is pretty classy! It gives old sports bar vibes. It can get really busy during sports and pretty loud so hard to hear a group, but the atmosphere is fun. The wings were cooked very well but the sauce was a little weak? Not sure if that’s the right word…the flavor was delicious but it just wasn’t very strong. The tuna tataki is surprisingly very well seasoned and tender. Absolutely recommend (either as an app or salad!) The Mahi Mahi sandwich was decent, fried well, and the slaw was flavorful. The churrasco and ribeye were waaaay too overcooked. We ordered medium rare and it was cooked through with absolutely no pink, which was a shame cause it was seasoned well…but it was a very busy night and we didn’t find it worth the hassle to send it back (all 3 of us had our meats overcooked). The corn dog nuggets were absolutely delicious haha and finally, the pork nachos were pretty tasty as well! (We went there every other night for the week we were there so we got to try quite a bit on the menu). The servers were always nice and the music was always jamming (albeit loud). All in all, pricing is fair, if not cheaper than most of the restaurants nearby. If you’re in the area, you can’t beat a night at old toms!"

"First time here after so many years of working in this area. I ordered the Chicken sangawich, spicy of course. The waitress asked what sides I wanted. I said the coleslaw. She said, I wouldn't! Really. Why not? It's not good. I'll try it anyway. She said, ok. You've been warned. The meal came out and the coleslaw was pink or red. I asked, why red? She just stood there. I took a taste. Omg. It was horrible. She said, I tried to tell you. We had a good laugh, and she brought out some fries. The meal was good and filling. I must admit, she was right. Always listen to your waitress, especially if you ask for a recommendation. The ambiance is great. A sports bar restaurant. It's been around for many years. I'll be back."

"We arrived late after a long day of travel and Tom's looked inviting. We sincerely enjoyed every aspect of our meal. Great selection of sandwiches and they were excellent. The fries were delicious and the service was top notch with frequent refills of drinks. Lots of TVs and a fun atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our late meal and recommend a visit."

"Staying at a hotel nearby and saw this place was within walking distance and decided to try it out, should have just gotten food from the McDonald's we walked past. We seated ourselves at the bar and waited to be served, which could have been faster, but wasn't terribly long. We got the loaded fries with pulled pork, fish tacos, and Philly cheesesteak sandwich. The fries were overcooked and flavorless. The cheese sauce on the fries tasted like watered down cheap canned cheese sauce. The pulled pork was just ok. The fish tacos were terrible and somehow greasy. The Philly cheesesteak was underseasoned. We were hungry so we tried to eat some of the decent fries with the pulled pork, ate 1 of 3 tacos, and barely ate half the Philly cheesesteak. The staff asked how it was and we were honest that it wasn't great. They noticed we didn't finish our food and comped our loaded fries and apologized for the food not being to our liking."
