"The worst pizza I've had in a long time. It looked undercooked and sloppy. The cheese and topping were sliding off. The bottom crust was soggy. I ordered and paid extra for pan pizza and I don't even know what kind of crust I was given but definitely not like any pan I've ever had. Not going back to Domino's any time soon. Big disappointment!"
"If I could give less than a star I would. Placed order at 6:32pm. Followed the pizza tracker. At 7:10pm, my tracker said pizza was delivered but did not have the pizza. Called the store and they said the driver was almost here. 7:40 called again bc no pizza. Then pizza finally arrived. Pizza was cold, and burnt. I called for a refund after waiting on hold for over 35+ min, they said they need to pick up the pizzas to issue a refund. Meanwhile my children had to eat so they won’t credit me for the pizza they ate bc they have no proof that the pizza was cold. Terrible customer service. Will never order from them again."
"Pizza was delivered completely raw in the middle and all cheese had slid over to one side. When trying to make a claim on website and email several times an error came up with their system, very convenient."
"Ordered two pizzas for $7.99 each with extra robust sauce and pepperoni, lava cake, and 2 liter coke soda. I received 2 CHEESE PIZZAS, crumbled lava cakes and the soda. I am highly upset and will go into to speak to the manager. By the time I reached home to and opened my boxes the store was closed. Dina made my pizza and the only thing that wasn't messed up was my soda! Very angry as I paid 28 dollars for something I did not order..pizzas with no meat!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst"
"Worst Dominos Experience ever! Pizza dough was undercooked and a puddle of oil in the middle of the cheese pizza. Had to throw both pizzas away! Called the store and no response. Sent an email to corporate and waiting for a response. We are done with this location. Will have to do pick-up from the Pembroke Pines store that used to deliver our order."
