"I have seen some staff members having three year old like tantrums type of behavior, becoming immediately irritated and defensive when a question is asked to them. It really worries me for the patient or patients mental well being at this institution. Also, the lack of notification to our family, after the patient was admitted involuntary to this facility. It gives you the feeling that your love one has disappeared from the face of earth and the family don't know what happened to their loved one. On the other hand, I have to mention there is some employees and supervisors doing a great job. As the situation progresses and I learn more from this place, I will be adding more to my review."

"From a nurses point of view , working here has been great I have nothing but positive things to say about my time here . I have had great experiences with patients I felt I have helped many people that pass by here . The staff treats patients well and with respect . The atmosphere is Hispanic and you feel that love in the care they give to patients and between the staff themself . Nursing department is professional and the best part of working here is the co workers / staff . Head of the nursing department is very qualified and knowledgeable about all things psych ."
